How long have you been in business?
Jolles Associates, Inc. celebrates its 16th anniversary on May 1st, 2008.
What is your primary product or service?
We teach repeatable, predicatable persuasive processes. That means combining information, motivation, and entertainment. Programs run from large audience keynotes to two-day training sessions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a salesman for both New York Life, and Xerox, and then a trainer for both companies, I became interested in strapping on a microphone and motivating audiences since graduating college from the University of Maryland.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
That's an easy question. I don't believe in falling into the, "Flavor of the month syndrome." To avoid this in training, the training must be wonderful.. but that's the easy part. To create a cultural change clients must be given a roadmap for implementation, and that includes job aids, management tools, and instruction for management on coaching, feedback, and the use of assessment tools.

One main location with multiple consultants around the country.
