How long have you been in business?
We have been cleaning homes for 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily clean houses. We do regular maintenance cleaning as well as move-in, move-out and Spring Cleanings.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started cleaning homes on my own in 1981 to be able to spend more time with my baby. As my family grew, the business also grew as we added more family members to the payroll. Eventually, we branched into Carpet Cleaning and now offer Window Cleaning as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves as the highest quality cleaning service in the area. We do this by making sure that what the customer wants is communicated properly to the actual person cleaning the home. We saw that there was need to raise the bar for all residential cleaning services so we started the first association for residential cleaning services called ARCSI. David was first president and still serves on the Board of Directors. He is involved with the science community (Cleaning Industry Research Institute) in spearheading "Cleaning for Health" a research-based approach to connecting cleaning personnel with the science of clean.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We serve a small geographic area which ensures quality control. We have dreams of expanding but have not as of this writing.

We service Loudoun County and Western Fairfax County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
David Kiser is CEO and is involved in the daily operations. Carrie Kiser is the General Manager and has the responsibility ensuring good communications between Customer, Office, and Staff.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are 9:00 - 4:00 Monday-Friday. Our cleaning hours are arranged by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
My favorite (and this has been expressed by many customers in the past), "I didn't know you were going to clean THAT good!!" We know we do a great job--it's fun to see it when others acknowledge it, too!
