Computer support and repair for home users and small businesses. Providing help and consultancy for small businesses wanting to integrate online services into their operations. For example building websites, integrating online stores, email to PDA/Smartphones, building a stable IT environment on a small business budget.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
20 Years of IT experience working internationally for large corporates and also smaller businesses. A natural problem solving mentality and persistence to get problems resolved.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The focus on working within the community and with local businesses. Supporting the local area and business owners and to provide value to improve our community.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit cards, cash and Paypal are accepted.
Which areas do you service?
General Fairfax, Chantilly, Centreville, Burke area. Will travel if needed but longer distances may entail travel time.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Self employed, Hobby Business.
What are your hours of operation?
Flexible to meet client needs but predominately out of business hours. Most support/repair jobs are turned around next day.
