How long have you been in business?
I have trained under certified inspectors for several years and opened Beltway Home Inspections in early 2011.
What is your primary product or service?
Educating homebuyers on the current condition (good and bad) of the home they buying. I cover all the "Pre-inspections":pre-listing, pre-purchase, and pre-drywall. I also perform senior home safety and maintenance inspections.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I love houses, attics and crawlspaces. My background is in landscaping so I have an eye for details.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a Virginia Certified Home Inspector. I provide "Senior Home Safety and Maintenance Inspections".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am the owner and inspector at this time. I will expand and take on additional qualified home inspectors as business grows.

I service the Northern Virginia area covering Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford counties and surrounding communities.

I own Beltway Home Inspections.
What are your hours of operation?
I operate six days a week and can handle two daily inspections. I book my inspections between 9:00-10:00am and 2:00-3:00pm. This allows me plenty of time to focus on the inspection at hand (average 3 hour inspection time) and get the report sent out within 24 hours of the inspection.
